We work with companies preparing their first introduction, expanding into new territories or rethinking an approach that has not delivered.

Mihail Blagoev
Mihail founded Medical Entrepreneurs in Dubai in 2022 to bring business strategy, medical innovation and international partnerships together.
His career in medical investment began in 2009. After joining Global OrthoBiologic in 2013, he helped develop Global Regenerative Group, bringing together medical technology distribution, clinician education and commercial operations.
At Medical Entrepreneurs, he works with manufacturers, distributors and clinical teams on market strategy, partner development, product education and launches.
His work spans regenerative medicine, orthopaedics and aesthetic medicine, including exosmart and Liposmart. He remains directly involved in product education, distributor relationships and the commercial plans for these technologies.
